Kangatraining
Studio Class

A fun postnatal babywearing exercise class, with your baby having a nap in a carrier - or not! Kangatraining is a complete low intensity, low impact workout for fitness and strength.

These classes are hybrid - kangas attend in-person and online.

Seasonal Outdoor Class

Our seasonal outdoor class. KangaMix is a low intensity, low impact workout for fitness and strength, without choreography, outside with your baby in a carrier or a pram. Locations and times may vary and will be confirmed when you book.

Please note the following before booking your class

* Postnatal participants must be minimum six (6) weeks post vaginal delivery, or twelve (12) weeks post caesarean section 

* All participants must have GP clearance to commence physical activity

* Kanga is not appropriate in pregnancy; a refund will be given if you become pregnant prior to attending your class
