Following the birth of my son in 2017, I launched myself neck deep into learning evidence-based and meaningful ways to support myself and my family in the fabulously lifechanging perinatal space.
Sprout & Me is the result.

With more than 20 years of experience, I continue to upskill to ensure my clients receive the best possible physiotherapy care, with my son Morrison acting as chief quality controller. Sprout was what we called him when I was pregnant, and so once he was born, so was Sprout & Me!
I am passionate about physical, mental and emotional health of new parents and carers, especially those remote from their family and social supports. By offering mobile and telehealth options, being remote doesn't mean disconnected or disadvantaged. Because new beginnings deserve to be nurtured, regardless of where you live.
The perinatal space can be quite noisy, with many conflicting opinions and approaches that can overwhelm new families. I love to learn and pride myself on being informed in evidence-based and physiological practice to support families to make the right choices for them.
My qualifications
Much blood, sweat and tears has been shed (not only mine!) in my pursuit of education over my career. My biggest thanks to my untiringly supportive family and friends for all their enthusiasm and encouragement over the past 25 years, I couldn't have done this without them.
